Welcome

Welcome to RidzResources
RidzResources is a teacher-created education website designed to support primary educators, parents, and support staff with practical, classroom-tested resources and teaching ideas.
This site was created out of real classroom experience. Like many educators, I spent years juggling lesson planning, differentiation, behaviour support, and wellbeing needs, often with limited time and energy. I noticed that many resources looked great on paper but were not always realistic or easy to use in everyday classrooms.
Who RidzResources Is For
RidzResources is designed to support:
- Primary classroom teachers
- Special education and support teachers
- Educators working with diverse learning needs
- Parents supporting learning at home
The resources are intentionally adaptable and can be used across different year levels, abilities, and learning contexts. Many activities work well for whole-class teaching, small group intervention, or independent practice.
Why These Resources Exist
Through my work in education and student wellbeing roles, I consistently saw the gap between what teachers need and what many resources offer. Too often, activities required excessive preparation or were not flexible enough to meet the needs of mixed-ability classrooms.
RidzResources was created to offer practical alternatives. The focus is on clarity, engagement, and ease of use, while still supporting meaningful learning outcomes.
What Makes RidzResources Different
Every resource and article on this site is informed by real classroom use. The focus is not just on academic content, but also on how students engage, build confidence, and experience success.
Alongside printable resources, RidzResources also shares teaching reflections and classroom strategies to support educators in making thoughtful decisions about their practice.
We offer engaging, classroom-ready activities and supply thoughtfully designed learning resources. Everything here is created to support everyday teaching with the aim to meet diverse learning needs.
